DELIVERY PERIOD:
Although we're currently managing to deliver orders within 24 and 48 hours, until we achieve this across the board, we prefer to say that delivery takes 3-4 working days* on the basis that Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not regarded as working days.
*For orders on pre-reserved items, the delivery date will be from the first week in August onwards. Make any enquiy about personalising shirts.
LEGAL GUARANTEES:
In the event that a product is faulty, we will proceed as you wish, either by replacing it with another product of the same model or by offering you a full refund. This operation involves no cost. We will reply immediately to these requests via the email address and phone numbers provided, as long as you make us aware of the issue within a maximum two-year period after delivery and provided that we're informed of your dissatisfaction with the product within a maximum period of two months after you have become aware of the issue.
RETURNS:
The consumer who places an order online is offered the same legal and consumer protection as those purchases made via traditional means. As such, all consumer products have a two-year guarantee from their date of purchase, in the event that the consumer is dissatisfied with the product, a period of 14 days is established from receipt for the product to be returned, with the consumer paying just the cost of delivery or cash on delivery, where applicable.

Scenario 1. - If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.
For just €6 (*) per item (value-added tax included), we'll send a COURIER to collect your order, so that you don't have to go anywhere and we'll refund the value of the article in question, minus the cost of delivery (Please note: the delivery and cash on delivery costs, if applicable, are not included in the amount to be refunded to the client).
Returns will not be accepted in instances in which the item that the customer is dissatisfied with is a hat or party accessory.
Returns of orders paid by card shall be credited back onto the same card once the package has reached the store where purchased. Orders paid on delivery shall be refunded via bank transfer to an account which the customer will be asked for once the order has reached the store.
(*) For delivery to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla an additional €12 charge applies. Enquire about prices for overseas delivery.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS:
With regards to personalised purchases, returns are not possible given that the product is made to order and is tailored and tried on prior to manufacture, given that it cannot be used by anyone but the customer who purchased it.
The product featured on the website is a guide and the final product may vary in some ways, the customer accepts and is aware that the final product will be similar as possible to the product design.
Scenario 2.- Delivery error or quality issues with the product.
In this instance there shall be no associated cost with the return and the customer shall decide whether they wish to receive the same product they ordered or to cancel the order and receive a full refund on their purchase, including the delivery or cash on delivery cost, where applicable.
In both instances in which a refund is made, the customer must await for eibarstore to approve the return, which shall be completed within a period not greater than seven days and is dependent on the relevant quality checks and the condition that the product and packaging is returned in.
