Delivery costs

The prices and delivery costs which feature on the www.eibarstore.com store include value-added tax.
The prices displayed on www.eibarstore.com do not include delivery costs for all destinations, as you proceed with your purchase the delivery costs for your destination will be displayed.
The delivery costs are:

Spain: €7
Europe: €25
International: €36

Deliveries are made via courier service within 24-48 hours (working days).
Delivery can take between 1-10 working days, the customer shall be informed if their delivery is set to exceed this period.
In instances in which the billing and delivery addresses are different, you will be able to indicate this in the relevant form. SD EIBAR SAD shall not be liable for deliveries made to the wrong address if you fail to complete this section.
In the event that there is a change to the price of a prouct, you shall be informed via email of the change and shall be given the option to cancel your order without incurring any additional charges.
All of our orders have a stipulated collection period set by the courier company of approximately 10 days, once this period is up, the product will be returned to our central warehouse. The delivery costs associated with your initial purchase do not cover second deliveries. If the address you provided is incorrect, a second delivery shall be required.
