Through the www.eibarstore website (hereinafter, the Website), the Club Sociedad Deportiva Eibar (hereinafter, SD Eibar) provides services and offers its catalogue of services and products under the conditions included therein.

The Website is accessible from various devices and it includes contact forms that require users to fill in the fields provided for this purpose.

SD Eibar has updated its Data Protection Policy, which affects individuals and business interlocutors, and replaces the one that previously regulated the processing of their data.
Your privacy is important to SD Eibar and your data will be treated in accordance with the principles of transparency, purpose-limited, data minimisation, accuracy, completeness and confidentiality.

SD Eibar will notify you in advance of any changes made to this Security Policy and will not make retroactive changes that reduce your rights unless legally required to do so and, in such cases, your consent will always be necessary. FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

The particular purposes of the data processing in each case will be included within the specific data collection clauses in each form. Generally, the data collected in each case will only be used to meet the specific requests made in the same.

In general, your data will be processed by SD Eibar for the following purposes:

• For the management of purchases made through the WEBSITE.
• To organise draws, contests and promotional events.

WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the consent you provide by accepting the conditions of service, in addition to the express consent granted for additional services.
The processing of your data for the purposes detailed in the previous section is based on the consent requested from you, which may be withdrawn at any time without, under any circumstances, the withdrawal of this consent affecting the execution of the Contract.
If you submitted your curriculum vitae to the Club, it is always based on your consent.

TO WHOM WILL YOUR DATA BE PASSED ON?

In the case of having your consent, SD Eibar will pass your data to its collaborating and sponsoring companies. The list of collaborating and sponsoring companies.
Public Bodies, Judges and Courts and, in general, Competent authorities, where SD EIBAR has a legal obligation to provide them.
Notwithstanding the above, SD Eibar informs you that the provision of some of its Services and/or products require storage in the premises of SD Eibar or of third parties and access by SD Eibar or by third parties to your data, with SD Eibar undertaking to comply with the provisions of the current applicable legislation. For these purposes, SD Eibar informs you that it will outsource processing to third parties, such as storage services on physical servers or in the cloud, computer system maintenance services and, where appropriate, services with third parties that SD Eibar may rely on. Such processing orders may require international transfers of data, always made to countries in the European Union, US privacy shield or that have an adequate level of protection in accordance with current regulations.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS WHEN YOU PROVIDE US WITH YOUR DATA?

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not SD Eibar is processing personal data relating to them.
You may also exercise the rights conferred by the current regulations: right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition, limitation of processing, data portability and not to be the subject of automated individualised decisions.
You also have the right to withdraw or revoke the consent at any time for those purposes and/or uses based on the same, without under any circumstances the withdrawal of this consent affecting the execution of the subscription.
You can exercise your rights by any means that allows you to prove the sending and receiving of your request. The request must be sent to SD Eibar using the information included in the "Data Controller" section, indicating the reference "Data Protection". The request must include: Name, surname and photocopy of your National Identity Document and a petition specifying your request and address for notification purposes.
If you are not satisfied with SD Eibar's response to the exercise of your rights, you have the right to claim the protection of these rights from the Control Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency).
 

HOW IS THE DATA OF MINORS PROCESSED?

SD Eibar will not collect or process the personal data of children under fourteen (14) years of age, without fully complying with the requirements established in the applicable data protection regulations, regarding compliance with the duty to inform and obtain those consents that are necessary.
 

HOW DO WE TREAT YOUR DATA?

At SD Eibar we are concerned about security and about guaranteeing and protecting your privacy. For this reason, we guarantee that the processing of your data is carried out under high levels of security and in accordance with our Security Policy.
In accordance with security standards, we maintain technical and organisational measures against accidental or illegal destruction, accidental loss or alteration, disclosure or unauthorised access and other illegal forms or procedures.
Notwithstanding the above, the security of information transmitted over the internet can not be guaranteed. The users of electronic tools are responsible for maintaining the security of any password, user name or any other form of identification to gain access to password protected areas of any of our services. In order to protect both you and your information, we may suspend the use of any of the services of SD Eibar, without prior notice, pending investigation, if it is suspected that there is a security breach.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Your data will be processed and stored for as long as it is necessary for the performance of the activities described above. We also retain your data to comply with the requirements of the applicable law. Once the processing of your data is not necessary, we will delete and/or block it in accordance with our policy of retention and deletion of data and the statutory limitation periods in accordance with current regulations.
